  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after working hours or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order, and a shipping confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address, courier partner, and external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier delays).
  • In case of unexpected delays, our team will inform you by email/phone.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver to addresses across India through trusted courier and postal services.
  • At present, we do not offer international shipping.

  • All physical books are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Fragile or premium editions may include additional protective packaging.

  • While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
    • Remote or difficult-to-reach delivery locations.
  • In such cases, we cannot be held liable, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
  • Based on the situation, you will be eligible for a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy.
